The meaning of colors in a Harry Potter clip

In Harry Potter’s movie, the scene occurs during the evening in the office of Professor Dolores Umbridge, who was wearing a pink dress with a light pink jacket. She was waiting for Harry Potter to punish him. Then she pretends to look friendly and affable, but she was just ironic do to the fact that she was willing to make some injuries to Harry. During the punishment Harry remained haughty and doesn´t lower his head, even when the blood was emerging from his body to make a mark on his skin, which would remind him the punishment. The colors used in this scene were dark colors as the movie used to be a mysterious movie because of the magic context, which is one of the reasons why the scene was captured with a minimum amount o light. As it is written above, professor Umbridge was wearing a formal pink dress which is commonly used by women everywhere.  Harry was wearing his black daily school dress. Normally, male students wear dark school dresses. In most regions in Colombia male students wear jeans and white shirts; if the temperature is low they wear dark sweaters or jackets. The color red from Harry Potter’s blood represents the punishment and pain he had to suffer. In Colombia we associate red color with love and passion but also with the devil, blood and sacrifice.
